Restaurant Gastroland participates in the filming of the new program about Gastronomy.

Our restaurant has its place in the new publicist program, which regularly appears on national broadcast TV Prima each week. Formation of the program Gastro relates to the new project of regional broadcast stations grouped under the name R1 television. For TV Prima it prepares TV Morava.

Each episode presents an interesting topic, which takes viewers behind the scenes of preparing food and drinks. It helps them to orient themselves in gastronomy, and offers them an inspiration for weekday as well as for holiday. Our chefs and other experts in gastronomy gradually reveal the secret of preparation for example of Saint Martin's goose, Japanese sushi etc. They advise us how to filet fish, bake a Christmas cake, mix a mojito cocktail or Valentine's drink. There is also a tasting of red and white wines and cutting of the neck of the bottle with champagne.

Viewers can see the four-minute program on the regional bloc on Tuesday between 5:40 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Prima TV. Repeat is on Wednesday in the time between 7:00 to 7:20. For more information visit http://www.r1morava.cz
